Open Institutions – active aging through community arts (8-17 April 2013, Bucharest) is a Grundtvig Workshop project, promoted by the „Sintagma” Centre for Education and Training and developed with the active contribution of the 4th Age Community Arts Centre and “Amalia and Chief Rabbi Dr. Moses Rosen” Retirement Home. It aims to acquaint a group of artists and social workers from around Europe with techniques specific to community arts dedicated to seniors.
